What we analyse: text, voice, video
In the Career Lab, we analyse the way you present yourself during a career guidance and professional preparation pathway. The goal is not to judge the person, but to help you make the way you communicate your skills clearer, more coherent and more effective.
The analysis combines three dimensions: the text you write, the voice you use to express yourself, and the video of the simulated interview. Each element is observed to generate practical suggestions that can help improve your CV, personal presentation, interview preparation and awareness of your professional path.

A multimodal analysis, always formative
Text, voice and video tell different aspects of communication. Analysing them together makes it possible to build more complete feedback, without reducing you to a score or a label.
The system observes concrete elements: the structure of your speech, the clarity of your answers, your speaking pace, how you manage pauses, your posture and your presence in front of the camera.
The output is not an automated assessment. It is a working basis that teachers and tutors use to support you in a path of improvement.

These elements are useful because, in interviews, especially in video interviews, communication is not only conveyed through words. Order, presence and visual clarity also contribute to the quality of a professional presentation.
What the system produces
The analysis generates a formative report composed of observations and suggestions. The report can help identify:

What we do not analyse
To keep the analysis correct, transparent and respectful of the person, the Career Lab does not use AI to infer personal characteristics that cannot be observed. We do not analyse:
- Presumed emotions
- Psychological states
- Personality
- General attitude to work
- Automated suitability for a profession
- Sensitive or biometric characteristics
- Judgements on the person

Every observation should become a useful indication. This is why feedback is formulated in a practical way and focused on what can be improved.

AI never works on its own. The teacher or tutor interprets the report, may integrate it and uses it as support for formative feedback.
This step is essential: the system collects and organises information, but educational value comes from human discussion. You receive guidance that is contextualised, explained and connected to your own path.
Why it helps you prepare for work
In the professional world, having skills is not enough: you also need to be able to communicate them. The Career Lab helps students practise in a protected environment before facing real interviews, internships, selection processes or meetings with companies.
